Estate Dissolution

I would refer Babs Harband, and her team at Working Behind the Scenes, to anyone, but especially one who lives with a person who doesn’t throw anything away. A family member had 50 years’ worth of belongings: 11 closets of clothes; tons of kitchenware and living room décor, plus five refrigerators full of food.

Although these possessions were in “relative” order, Babs and her staff have a solid background (and keen eye) for what may have value. Applying the greatest sensitivity, they knew the possessions to retain, discard and conferred with experts (and me) when in doubt. When family members came to select memories of this wonderful person, it was a pain-free process. In short, Babs provides an invaluable service.

She managed the donation of unwanted items to worthy charities and the distribution of our mom’s cherished collectibles to family members in a kind and loving way. Her wonderful, caring spirit allowed us to mourn our mom’s passing without worrying about the disassembly of her estate. We love Babs and her team.
